Buffalo Soldiers Iron Riders Film Festival

In 1897, the Iron Riders, members of the all-Black 25th Infantry stationed at Fort Missoula, embarked on a US Army "bicycle experiment" traveling 41 days and 1,900 miles on bicycles from Missoula, MT to St. Louis, Missouri. Join us as we commemorate the 125th anniversary of the ride and the other achievements of the Buffalo Soldiers. The film festival features 3 documentaries on the Buffalo Soldiers and Iron Riders and is part of the larger Buffalo Soldier Iron Rider Gathering. For more information on the gathering visit ironriders2022.org
