Roxy Memberships do not qualify as tax-deductible.
Your welcome letter, membership receipt, and member card will be sent in the mail to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. If you do not receive your member cards in the mail after two weeks, please email Membership Manager Sarah Ferguson at [email protected].
Your membership is activated at the time of purchase, so you can start using your member benefits online and in the theater even before you receive your card in the mail. If you have previously used an email to purchase tickets online and purchased your membership with that same email information, your account will now be linked with your membership, and you can use this username and password to sign in and start using your member benefits.
If you do not currently have an online account with The Roxy, you can start one selecting “Sign In” from the drop down menu. Select the “Create An Account” button and enter your member number (provided in your confirmation email and printed on the back of your member card) to create a username and password. If you have trouble locating your member number or have other difficulties logging in, email [email protected]
Please note: many member benefits and special offers are communicated through email. If you do not provide a valid email address to us upon purchasing your membership, you are opting out of these member communications and offers. Member emails are sent monthly and for special member opportunities. We do not sell or share our membership lists.
Star and Galaxy member levels receive $2 off movie tickets.
Members at the Cosmic and Supernova levels can enjoy free movies all year long.
Veterans, students, and those 55+ also receive $1 off their movie tickets.
*Discounts may not apply in the case of special screenings and events.
Monthly installment payments are currently available at the Galaxy, Cosmic, and Supernova levels of membership only. To set-up monthly installment payments, check the monthly installment box when prompted prior to making your payment.
*Please note monthly installment payments are not available for Star level memberships.
Your first membership installment payment is charged immediately upon signing up. We have an automatic monthly billing system which will charge you each following month based on your initial purchase date. If this is problematic for you, please contact Tammy Bodlovic at [email protected] and we can adjust the date you will be charged.
If you are signed up for monthly payments and your credit card is declined we will be in touch with you via email to alert you and ask you to update your credit card on file. If your card number should change at any point during your membership, please update it with us immediately. This will ensure that your pledge payments continue to run smoothly. Please contact our Development Director Tammy Bodlovic at 406-728-9380 x 4 or [email protected] to provide the necessary information to update your record. Please be aware you are responsible for the full amount of your membership obligation and if we do not receive your monthly payment, your membership will be made inactive.
Membership purchases at all levels are final and nonrefundable. Memberships cannot be temporarily or permanently frozen. If you would like to cancel your membership, thereby deactivating your membership and declining all future member communications and benefits, you may do so by emailing [email protected], but no refund will be issued. If you are paying by installment payments, your monthly charges will continue until full payment is rendered. If for any reason there is the payment owed upon a previous membership that we have been unable to collect, a new membership will not be issued until the previous balance is paid in full.
To renew your Roxy Theater membership please click Renew Membership and follow these steps:
- Select the level of membership you would like to renew at. You may choose to renew at any level even if it is not the same level as your current membership.
- Follow the steps to complete your purchase and when prompted, sign in using your existing account that is linked with your membership.
- Complete the payment process and your membership will be renewed at this time.
